At Takshaya, each piece is meticulously crafted and made in layers using advanced 3D printing technology. Because our products are premium and custom-made to provide an exceptional feel, we want to ensure you are entirely happy with your purchase. We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item was received in the last 14 days.

  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original premium packaging.

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at takshayaofficial@gmail.com with your order number. We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.

Please Note: Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items (Mandatory Video Proof)

Because our premium products are uniquely made in layers, we take the utmost care in packaging them securely. However, if your product arrives damaged, has missing parts, or is incorrect, we require an unboxing video as proof to process a replacement or refund.

Requirements for Video Proof:

  • The video must be recorded continuously from the moment you begin opening the delivery package.

  • The shipping label on the package must be clearly visible in the video before opening.

  • The video must clearly show the condition of the delivered box, the unboxing process, and the specific damage or missing components of the product.

  • Edits, cuts, or paused videos will not be accepted as valid proof.

Please email your unboxing video along with your order number to takshayaofficial@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Once verified, we will immediately arrange a complimentary replacement or full refund to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
